1. A confirmation email with information about the shipping process and your order will be sent out as soon as we begin processing payment.
2. Processing payment and preparing order for shipment takes 1-3 business days.
3. Shipping update emails containing tracking numbers are sent out to the email address associated with the order on the day the package ships.
4. For logistical reasons, products in the same order may ship out individually. When this happens, tracking numbers are provided via email for each package shipped.
5. Shipment within the US takes 12-25 days with standard shipping. Expedited shipping will take 7-15 days. We guarantee shipping times for expedited shipping, so if it doesn’t arrive within 18 days (3 days to process + 15 days to ship), we will refund the difference paid.
6. Standard International shipping takes 16-30 days to arrive. Expedited international shipping will take from 15-25 days with a guarantee shipping cost refund of the difference. However, if you are shipping to Canada, Israel, or Chile, delivery time ranges from 30-60 days standard, 20-40 days expedited (#joyofcustoms).
**Please contact us if packages do not arrive within the estimated delivery range for your country. You will be issued refund or we will ship another product, depending on your preference. This only happens after the delivery range has been exceeded. As a reminder, these times are for shipping. You will need to add 3 days to all estimates to account for the order processing time.
7. You can track your package through our website. You can also view tracking numbers by opening the shipping update emails. If the shipping address is within the US, the package can be tracked via United States Postal Service. If international, packages can be tracked using 17track.net.
8. We do not create tracking numbers. They are generated by the postal service and automatically uploaded into our system. We have little control over packages once they leave our facility. Tracking numbers are generally activated within 4 business days of shipment. However, if you experience difficulties with tracking your package, please contact us!
